Practice scores highly in patient satisfaction survey (March 05, 2009)
Brora and Helmsdale Practice received the results from the 2008 GPAQ patient satisfaction survey which demonstrates that we are scoring highly (and well above the national benchmark) in all areas of practice including access, quality of care and availability.
We wish to thank all members of our staff for their hard work and dedication over the past year to achieve this result.
The results are being discussed with the patient participation group (PPG) to formulate a plan to build on the success. One area we will examine is ways to improve continuity of care within the practice.
