Go take a walk! (March 16, 2009)Brora and Helmsdale Patient Participation Group aren't just sitting around a table talking about ways to improve health. We are in the process of setting up a walking group, open to anyone with the practice, to get out and about around our area. These will be walks to cater for anyone of any ability, and are designed to be fun, social and supportive. So, don't worry, pull on an old pair of shoes or trainers and come join us!
