Email repeat prescription requests! A new service for you.... (January 30, 2010)
In January we set up a service by which patients may request REPEAT prescriptions by email. This is in addition to normal methods of requesting medications by dropping your request form at the surgery or faxing it to us. Please note, for safety and to prevent errors, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PHONE REQUESTS FOR PRESCRIPTIONS.
To use the email prescription service, you must first register at the practice with reception staff who will explain how to use the service properly and sign to say you understand the procedure. This will make repeat prescription requests much easier to make - in fact, you can do them 24/7 by email!
